The KLMBH 2008 committee has decided to subsidies this years annual dinner for members who register and pay before 22-Nov-08. So hurry and take advantage of this special offer before all our seats are sold!

Registration (Per Pax)
Before 22-Nov-08: member adult = RM20, children under 12y.o = RM10
After 22-Nov-08: member adult = RM40, children under 12y.o = RM20
Guest adult = RM40, children under 12y.o = RM20

State the number of tickets required (adults/children), make payment by ATM deposit to CIMB Account: Tony Basoeki Soelistyo 1430-0076788-52-8. As proof of payment, scan/snap bank-in slip and email all info to klmbh.dinner.2008@gmail.com.
