This morning as I was driving to work, saw a guy in the distance on his road bike along Kesas, with both hands massaging his lower back... Now I know that riding in a hunched position for long periods stresses the lower back muscles.. and there's 1 thing i'd like to ask...

How do you guys cycle without holding the handlebar?? I was never able to do it last time... and I'm sure I won't be able to do it after such a long layoff... Is it like some sort of skill to keep practising, or is there some tip to go about it? He he...

i think u gotta practise it .....my fren did that in front of me while we were riding and i was like so jealous......
