ehh... front and back lights would be a good place to start. just make sure the batteries are strong.

its quite a common sight in new zealand where cyclist were bright flourescent jackets. i suppose that could be an option. if you don't mind be passed off as JKR.

When riding road, remember ride like a Malaysian. Here in Malaysia, the bigger the vehicle the more right of way they have. ( If there is such a thing as right of way in Malaysia).

ok ...so you are not planning to ride at nite so these tips are for those who are planning...but as you say one might just get caught in a rainy night situation, and might need to ride Exclamation ...well if its a rainy nite stay indoors until the rain stops or call a cab or friend to pick u up...and that is best safety tip i can offer for rainy nites riding in the northern suburbs or any suburb in KL for that matter.....u cannot see potholes....the spray will impede your vision....oil slicks get even slickier...visually impaired motorists ...unbrellas being swung into your path....and not to mention acid rain....but if you want to try riding at night...check out the rockers of tuesday nite club.... Cool its quite fun to check out KL urban nite buzz on two wheels.. Wink u can do wheelies without being branded mat/minah rempit... Twisted Evil .

yes I did. it's a brilliant website. Thanks for much. I learn a lot from it.
I went to the bike shop again today just to check out a few item. The tokey show me a battery-operated red light that we can hooked at the back of the bike and it blinks brightly at night. Ok or not?
