No, not planning on that. As far as i know, Pat is taking some riders in also on the 14th at 9am. From where i don't know, not checked their website.

Think this will be one of the first rides he's doing on these new trails.

Our ride is set up for beginners this weekend - an alternative to the usual RRI ride. Guess Pat's new trail will not be a beginner's type trail.

On the day will see if anybody knows the whereabouts of the new trails and if any of our riders want to do an extended ride, they are welcome.

I don't know exactly where we are going when inside FRIM as the ride's being lead by Alex.

You can contact the site admin as he stays somewhere near to you...

From the Old Airport road, head to the sigboard saying Sg Buloh. Once you reach the juction that have the caltex station on your left, turn right towards sg buloh. Go all the way staright to the end where the army camp is on your left. Keep Left and turn left at the traffic light. After the turning, you can notice a flyover that says hospital sg buloh. head to that direction. once you reach the entrance of the hospital, go further about 50m you can see some parking space on your left. park there...remember to park at the visitor parking..if there is problem, call me at 019 332 1396

I must say I kind of enjoyed the FRIM ride last weekend. If has been year since we have been there. 'Unbelievable' thinks we were last there 5 years ago. So our next ride should be 5 years later ? Hope not, as I think this trail is good fun especially riding in from Sg Buloh. For Newbies tough I think this should be their second ride, I still think RRI is a better site to start newbies on.

Well we had several newbies thank conquered steroid hill last weekend. Very impressive.

We got to the trailhead and about 1km into the New Trail in Frim....it was too wet to continue, the ground being very soft and it being a very new trail and all...didn't really want to destroy it so we turned back.

Looks interesting, single track, roots, rocks, bridge....should be a nice change instead of riding Rover's.

The trail head is up on Single's Hill...

Last sunday I check out the distance.
Sorry for late reply, the problem is at 300m (after big rock, a palm leaft hanging), 600m (a big tree, this can be craw under it, bit dangerous for snake), 1000m before the bridge/ after the 3 S-coner (a big tree falt with the roots, now we climb up and come down again, but it will very sleapply during wet), 1200m++ almost the end (tree branch fauult down, this can be done by using parang).
The two big tree is a major problem. and all the distance is from the top of the trail. End of the off-road section coming down to Rover track.
will send u some picture, its use my phone to took. not so clear.
