Hi is this forum still active coz i saw most of the index is from 2007. I'm starting back cycling since i stop it on my school day. is about 10 yrs ago i think. So wat i ridding now is a classic bike wit a heavy body and shimano 105 group set. I would like to join those weekend ride as i know must hav helmet only allowed to join in right. For safetly reason. But if staminal not good enough can i catch up wit ur guys. This is all the newbies always ask. If someone still here can u pls reply
