Hi I am kicking off a weekend ride for kiddies namely for kids from 7-12 year olds. Of course anyone over the age can join as well if they like.

To join the ride the child must be accompanied by an adult preferably a parent and have own trail ready mountain bike, helmet, water and snacks.

Yes. Herbert and his son is confirm coming. I guess there could be more. Does not matter really it only takes 2 to do a group ride anyway

The first PCC Junior ride took off with 3 dads and their sons riding the FRIM trail. Herbert, Leong and myself and the kids met 9am at the FRIM cafe, I call it a canteen but I guess cafe is more refined. We did the Rover trail and then continued on to the Bukit Harian trail and coming back to the cafe at around 1030am.

The next ride will on 8 December same time and same place. See you all then.

Oh, my god, sorry to all, I will be out this trip, I need attend a conference talk at 8:30am.......................

God willing, I'll be there again with my son. He's looking forward to this ride. As a matter of fact, took him to FRIM on Sun, Dec 02. He was complaining riding up Rover, but had a blast down! See you guys.

How about we bring our kids on the 9th for the bike hash instead. We can take the short scenic ride. Its 9 KM but I think if too much we can bail out. I will bring my GPS. Looking at the ride description, its seems to be an easy loop and in Putra Jaya which should be believable.

That's a swell idea. Barring any unforseen circumstances, my son & I will be there.

Just a suggestion; PCC may want to consider integrating the kiddies ride with their normal ride. For example, take Sg Sendat for instance; the kids may just ride to the waterfall and back. Then we can regroup with everyone for lunch, drinks and talking cog!

That s a good suggestion. I will definitely try to do that. I agree Sendat would be an easy ride in and out to the river.
